The success of Heritage Day is dependent on the work done by an amazing group of people who see this festival as a wonderful opportunity to promote the interesting history of this area. They share in the feeling of satisfaction when the event is over and have a wonderful time together with other workers.
Not only are volunteers are needed throughout the year to help prepare for the festival, they are also needed the day of the event to set up, help run or supervise the many activities and help break down after the event.
If you are a student and in need of volunteering hours, or interested in helping out July 7 for the Catch the Bugler Race or festival day July 9, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator Mish, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are interested in finding out where your unique talents, or muscles, could be used, please contact the Chair of the the Heritage Day Committee, Diane Bower, at email@example.com
