This festival has grown tremendously over the last few years, as more and more families discover Easton’s unique role in our nation’s history. Average attendance day and night is 85,000 people. The streets are lined with historical reenactors, colonial-era traditional artisans, children’s activities, musical performers, and plenty of food and drink. The festival culminates at 9:30 p.m. with a breathtaking fireworks display along the Delaware River.
Just a few facts about the festival:
- Easton Area Heritage Day is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, with an all-volunteer Board of Directors, who plan and fundraise.
- We are grateful to the City of Easton for Police, Fire and DPW workers on the day of the event, and could not have the festival without them.
- The City’s financial commitment, however, is only about 10% of our budget. We must raise the rest. And, we need your help!
Information on sponsorship for Heritage Day 2020 will be coming soon.
