Beck’s Cajun Cruiser is bringing a taste of Louisiana to Easton! An extension of the beloved Beck’s Cajun Cafe, with roots at Philadelphia’s Reading Terminal Market, the Cruiser rolls out authentic Cajun and Creole flavors at festivals across the Philly, NJ, and Delaware Valley region.

Expect bold, soulful food like gumbo, po’boys loaded with fried shrimp or blackened catfish, shrimp & crawfish étouffée, jambalaya, and fresh made beignets for dessert.
