County Seat Spirits

Founded in 2014, County Seat Spirits is a craft distillery deeply rooted in the heritage and culture of the Lehigh Valley. As the first distillery established in the region since the end of Prohibition, County Seat Spirits produces small batch, grain-to-glass whiskeys, gins, rums, and vodkas using locally sourced ingredients and time honored techniques.

Each spirit tells a story—whether it’s Hidden Copper Bourbon, inspired by the historic hiding of the Liberty Bell in Allentown, or Three Cities Malt Whiskey, a nod to the iconic Free Bridge connecting the region. The distillery brings local history to life through thoughtfully crafted spirits and community focused experiences.
