Elders Cut Meadery

If any vendor belongs at Heritage Day celebration, it’s Elders Cut Meadery. Mead is the oldest alcoholic drink known to mankind, and there’s something wonderfully fitting about pouring a cup of it at an event that honors history and heritage. As the vendor themselves put it — mead is the most historic of drinks, and it will only deepen the historic feel of Heritage Day while adding a truly unique option to the beverage lineup. And for guests with gluten sensitivity, it’s a welcome find.

Founded by long time friends and Pennsylvania locals Carmine Lenzi and Scott Grzybek, Elders Cut is a small-batch meadery rooted in a genuine love of history, fermentation, and flavor. Scott’s background includes running Jacob’s Raw Sauerkrauts, one of the leading fermented food businesses on the East Coast, and he’s now channeled that deep fermentation expertise into crafting meads that are raw, unfiltered, and made with only real whole ingredients.

Elders Cut works exclusively with local Pennsylvania apiaries and farms to source their honey, and uses only real fruits, herbs, and flowers to flavor their meads. No shortcuts, no artificial anything. The result is a full bodied, authentic taste that feels both ancient and refreshingly new.

Based out of Robesonia, PA, Elders Cut loves Easton and loves Independence Day — and Easton, it turns out, loves mead right back. Come raise a cup of something truly historic at Heritage Day 2026.
