Primordia Mushroom Farm

Jesse Tobin and Matthew Sicher own and operate one of the few small, independent mushroom farms remaining in Pennsylvania. Using natural growing methods, they produce Shitake, Trumpet, Blue, Grey and Pink Oyster, Lion’s Mane and other mushroom varieties. In addition to selling at farmers’ markets, they sell to fine restaurants throughout the Lehigh Valley, Philadelphia and New York City.
